These Terms of Service govern the use of EDM Ghost Club and provide information about EDM Ghost Club’s services as described below.

EDM Ghost Club is an online platform that facilitates the purchase and sale of custom musical compositions for EDM Ghost Club users and provides various music production services accessible at edmghostclub.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
“Content”
Refers to text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or other materials contained on the Site, including any musical compositions or user-submitted Content.
“Musical Compositions”
Refers to music or sounds, including any accompanying lyrics, recorded or composed using musical instruments, computer programs, and/or any other digital, analog, or other sound production equipment.
“User” or “Users”
Refers to an individual 18 years or older who uses, visits, browses, or accesses the Site and its Services and/or registers for an online account on EDM Ghost Club. By using, visiting, browsing, or accessing the Site or Services, the User represents and warrants that they are 18 years of age or older.
“User Jurisdiction”
Refers to the local geographic area, including the municipality, city, county, entire state, or part of the state, where the User accesses EDM Ghost Club’s services and over which legal authority extends and exercises its powers under the law.
“Service” or “Services”
Refers to the services provided by EDM Ghost Club to facilitate the purchase and sale of custom musical compositions, including all features, functionalities, the website, user interfaces, and all associated content and software.
“Fee” or “Fees”
Refers to any sales taxes, value-added taxes, goods and services taxes, or any other indirect municipal, state, federal, and national taxes, as well as withholding taxes and personal or corporate taxes, including those applicable in the country where the User may reside.
By using, visiting, browsing, or accessing the Website or Services, the User agrees to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use (“Terms”), regardless of whether they register for an online account on EDM Ghost Club.
If the User does not agree to these Terms, they are not entitled to access information or continue using the Site or Services. Use of the Site or Services in violation of these Terms may subject the User to civil and criminal penalties.
EDM Ghost Club reserves the right to modify these Terms, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and End User License Agreement, if applicable. These revisions will take immediate effect. Any prior versions of Terms of Service distributed, published, or enacted by EDM Ghost Club are superseded by these Terms.

We thoroughly verify all our producers and the tracks they upload to ensure compliance with fundamental rules and agreements. However, we cannot guarantee 100% certainty that a specific track has not been previously published elsewhere or made using unauthorized samples.
If you discover that a producer violated the agreement and have evidence to prove it, you must contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours of purchase).
When contacting us, ensure you include the purchase ID along with all necessary evidence and links.
EDM Ghost Club reserves the right to adjust prices for any Content or Service at any time, at our sole discretion. We may issue individual or aggregated charges for multiple purchases on the Site. Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms, any price change will take effect after email notification to the User.
At our sole discretion, we may issue refunds, discounts, or other considerations to some or all of our users. The amount and form of such credits and whether to provide them are at our sole discretion. The issuance of credits in one instance does not entitle the User to credits for similar circumstances in the future.
If a payment is not successfully completed due to expiration, insufficient funds, or any other reason, and the User does not update their payment method, the User remains responsible for any unpaid amounts and authorizes EDM Ghost Club to continue charging the payment method, as updated. This may result in changes to the User’s billing dates.
The User agrees to pay all applicable fees and provide EDM Ghost Club with a valid payment method for all purchases.
The User is responsible for paying any applicable government taxes associated with their purchases through EDM Ghost Club, including, but not limited to, sales tax, use tax, or value-added tax. These taxes may vary depending on the User’s location and applicable laws.
Each purchase of a Musical Composition is treated as an individual transaction under these Terms. Each Composition delivered—whether fulfilling an order in whole or in part—constitutes a separate transaction.
THE USER AGREES TO PAY FOR ALL PRODUCTS AND CONTENT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES AND CONSENTS TO EDM GHOST CLUB CHARGING THE USER’S PAYMENT METHOD FOR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES OR LATE FEES THAT MAY ACCRUE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USER’S ACCOUNT OR PURCHASE HISTORY. THE USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING EDM GHOST CLUB WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR ALL FEES.
The User understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to the use of the Site and Services, including those within their Jurisdiction. EDM Ghost Club reserves the right to issue warnings, limit or terminate Services, remove hosted content, and take legal or technical actions to prevent inappropriate User behavior that violates these Terms.
The User agrees not to upload, post, or transmit any threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or indecent material, nor to communicate any false or misleading material of any kind.
The User agrees not to archive, download (except as required for personal use), reproduce, redistribute, “rip,” record, transfer, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use (except as explicitly authorized in these Terms) any Content from the Site without express written permission from EDM Ghost Club.
The User agrees not to bypass, remove, alter, disable, degrade, or otherwise interfere with any Content protections or other Site restrictions; use any robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Site; decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any Musical Composition, Content, or software accessible through the Site; or upload any materials designed to disrupt or harm the functionality of the Services or related equipment, including computer viruses or malicious code.
The User affirms that they own all necessary rights to any content submitted, posted, or made available on EDM Ghost Club and that such content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
THE USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD EDM GHOST CLUB HARMLESS FROM ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING FROM ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO CONTENT POSTED BY THE USER THAT INFRINGES ON THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES.
The User grants EDM Ghost Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, and perpetual license to use, display, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, store, and create derivative works of any User Content for the purposes of operating and promoting EDM Ghost Club and its Services.
EDM Ghost Club does not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or reliability of any Content posted by third parties on the Site. Users bear all risks associated with uploading or purchasing Content, including claims regarding its originality or authenticity. EDM Ghost Club reserves the right to edit or remove Content at its discretion.
The Site, including all uploaded Content and associated intellectual property rights, is owned by or licensed to EDM Ghost Club and its affiliates. Users are prohibited from altering, decompiling, or reverse-engineering any Site components without explicit authorization.
EDM Ghost Club does not own the musical compositions or visual artworks posted by third parties on the Site. Artists uploading Content guarantee that it does not infringe any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or moral rights. Buyers are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions for any samples in purchased compositions.
If a User believes that any material on EDM Ghost Club violates copyright laws, they may submit a notice to [email protected] containing:
Users who believe material was removed or disabled in error may submit a counter-notice to [email protected], including similar information as outlined above and a declaration of good faith belief that the removal was incorrect.
Any claims, causes of action, or disputes (“Claims”) arising out of or related to EDM Ghost Club must be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Alagoas, Brazil. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. Brazilian law will govern these Terms and any Claims without regard to conflict of law provisions.
